to the promotion of the best interests of the International
Maritime Authority.
d. To promote, further, and support worthy and justifiable
river, inland waterway and habor improvements.
e. To promote improvements and advances in naval architecture,
marine engineering and allied sciences for the benefit
of the International Maritime Industry.
f. To maintain a continuing program of public relations,
education, good will and liaison between the Philippines
and the International Maritime Industry.
