The Propeller Club of Manila is an offshoot of the parent organization that originated in the United States
Worldwide, the Propeller Club is a grassroots, non-profit organization, whose membership resides throughout the world. It is dedicated to the enhancement and well-being of the diverse interests of the maritime community on a national and international basis. The Propeller Club aggressively promotes the maritime industry through many of its programs and partnering with other similar organizations.
While designed primarily to promote the maritime and the maritime services industry, the diverse membership of the Manila Chapter is drawn not only from these industries directly but also from companies and individuals who support the aims and aspirations of the Club.
 The Philippines is a major supplier of sea-faring personnel to the global maritime industry and here in Manila the Propeller Club is active in fostering quality training as well as employment opportunities for the officers and crews of the future.
